Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and lead a team of referral footfall sales representatives.

• Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a referral manager in the healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Hospital/Pharma products/Services and industry regulations.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
