Job Description :
- Should be proficient in Handling end to end "Operational/ Payment" responsibility of Customer Accounts.
- Must understand his/ her responsibility and should constantly work towards the betterment of the process.
- Oversee new customer setup.
- Contract activation, in absence of Contracts team.
- Managing Pre AMC .
- Escalation Handling
- Daily Escalation Review (Ticket review)
- Process management and improvement.
- Handling Reports , daily/ Weekly/ Monthly.
- Weekly call with customer.
- All Payment management from customers.
- Managing all Pre-existing and Time &Material cases with customer and Time & Material team.
- Oversee Response Centre in the absence of Team lead.
- Daily open call review. (Ops)
Important Metrics :
- Contracts should be activated within 48 hrs (Excluding Sat Sunday).
- Reports to be updated according to their set frequencies.
- Payment Management as per accepted terms.
- Ensure PRE AMC and BOM creation.
- Pass down.
Must Have Skills :
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability.
- Should have good communication / presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Bachelor/Master's degree in any field
