To design and evaluate renewable energy (RE) solutions focusing on solar PV (ground-mounted, floating, rooftop and other new and innovative solar applications) and wind power (on-shore and off-shore) projects. The role includes conducting resource assessments, feasibility study, designing renewable energy roadmaps, and delivering high-quality outputs for industrial and commercial applications.

Qualification
- Basic: Bachelor-s degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering- or related fields. - Preferred: Master-s degree in Renewable Energy- Environment- Power Systems- or a related discipline.
Experience: - 1-2 years in the RE Projects (Solar/ Wind or hybrid) and related analysis and studies
Skills
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies- including solar- wind- and hybrid systems. - Proficiency in renewable energy modelling and assessment tools such as PVsyst- HOMER- WindPro- and GIS tools. - Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops. - Expertise in data analysis- report writing- and impact evaluation methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
