About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SSIS Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and a passion for data. This position requires a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into target databases or data warehouses.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Optimize SSIS packages for performance and efficiency.

- Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms to monitor data flows and identify potential issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and SSIS.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

- Solid understanding of SQL Server database concepts and T-SQL programming

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Experience with data quality tools and techniques is a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Microsoft SQL Server or related technologies

- Experience with cloud-based data integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue)

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)

Work Hours :

To effectively support our North American clients, we require candidates to be available during Central Time Zone (CT) business hours. This typically includes working hours between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, 8:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.
