Tenerity - UI Lead Engineer - HTML/CSS/Javascript (6-8 yrs)

About The Role :

As a lead engineer, you'll be a key contributor in developing a Loyalty product. You'll collaborate with the core R&D team, using technologies like html, JavaScript, CSS and AWS to build user interfaces.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Make key design decisionsto implement improvements to our new platform.

- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, R&D, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team.

- Assist in solving complex technical problems and enhance product functionality through innovative solutions.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to design principles and maintain high-quality standards.

- Exhibit a self-driven attitude, maintain high morale, take ownership, and execute with excellence.

- Play a critical role working with colleagues to architect, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions.

- Work with UX designers and customers to refine user experiences

- Actively participate in a highly collaborative agile development process to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in frontend development.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Experience with modern JavaScript, html and css.

- Willingnessto perform responsive development.

- Experience working on Software as a Service product.
