The Tendering Engineer is responsible for leading the tendering process

Bid Preparation:Develop comprehensive tender proposals that meet client requirements and specifications
Prepare technical and commercial documentation for submission, ensuring compliance with tendering guidelines
Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to gather necessary information for bid preparation
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners to obtain quotes and ensure cost accuracy
Risk Assessment:Identify and assess potential risks associated with the project and incorporate risk mitigation strategies into the tender proposal
Client Interaction:Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with clients to clarify project requirements and address queries
