Job Description:
Ambak is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions related to home loans. If you're passionate about sales and have experience in telesales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for home loans and loan against property
• Promote and sell company products/services, providing clear and concise information
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and outcomes
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company goals

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in home loans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
• Experience in cold calling and generating leads is a plus
