Architects : 2-6 years experience

Responsibilities and Job Description

• Able to generate working drawings from sketches and models
• Should be an expert in 2D CAD drafting
• Familiarity with generating Architectural & Interior Drawings (Flooring, Joinery, Electrical, RCP and Elevations)
• Knowledge of materials and BoQ
• Communicate effectively with client's project team and vendors both verbally and by mail
• Basic understanding of MEP services and coordinated drawings
• Senior Architects should be able to handle projects independently

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Arch from a reputed college
• All candidates should have good communication skills. Good command over English and working knowledge of Hindi
• Candidates must have worked in Institutional, Hospital, Hotel, Commercial, Office and/or Retail projects
• Should be able to join at short notice
• The vacancies are open to women candidates only
