TelioLabs - PHP Developer - Laravel/Symfony/Laravel (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing server-side web application logic, developing and maintaining robust, scalable PHP applications

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.

- Proficiency with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience with RESTful APIs development and integration.

- Database management skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Strong understanding of web security, authentication, and performance tuning.

- Ability to work in agile/scrum development environments.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, Test, and Deploy : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code for backend functionality.

- Database Management : Design and manage MySQL or other relational databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval.

- Front-End Integration : Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Troubleshoot and Debug : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in existing applications.

- API Development : Build and maintain RESTful APIs for third-party integrations or internal services.

- Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Code Review : Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
