Senior Sales Specialist, Digital Identity Solutions
Reporting to: VP, Identity
Level: Mid-Senior Level
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge digital authentication and fraud onboarding solutions to clients in the gaming, eCommerce, and fintech industries. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive new customer acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients within the gaming, eCommerce, and fintech sectors.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop deep understanding of customer pain points around fraud prevention, authentication, and onboarding. Tailor solutions that address these needs effectively.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends and challenges in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and digital identity. Leverage this knowledge to influence decision-makers and differentiate the companys offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation, nurturing, proposal development, negotiation, to final contract closure.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on client needs and provide valuable insights for product improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective and existing clients, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Revenue Targets & Forecasting: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals, manage a robust pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Digital Security: 7+ years of experience in selling digital security solutions, preferably in fraud prevention, identity verification, or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming, eCommerce, and fintech industries, including common fraud risks, compliance regulations, and authentication trends.
  • Proven Sales Success: Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas, with experience in both new business and account management.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to lead negotiations on large and complex deals, with an emphasis on strategic value-based selling.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SaaS Solutions in the digital identity, fraud, or security space.
  • Proven Ability to Work Independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations and industry standards related to digital identity in financial services.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
