Hello,
Greetings from Zucol Group of Companies!!
Role Summary:
Responsible for identifying new sales leads through Tele-calling and Cold Callings using internal CRM
Timely updating leads status in CRM
Generating appointments & Meetings
Interaction with prospective clients to understand their needs
Review prospective clients on a regular basis
Maintain strong relationships with existing Clients and new clients along with regular follow up
Generating client proposals
Uploading property listings & maintaining same on Property portals (99acres/Magicbricks/Housing)
Skills:
Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
Great presentation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
Real Estate experience will be a plus.
Location: Sector-49, Gurgaon
Note: Realstate industry experience is mendatory.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
