Job Description
Currently we have a requirement for Tele callers for our organisation in Bhubaneswar. Kindly go through the JD below and let known if you fit into it and interested.
We also have branch offices in other locations across India (Nagpur, Bangalore, Mumbai, Varanasi, Lucknow, NCR etc..) and partner offices in other regions for supporting business mandates.

Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the job is to boost our customer base.
The responsibility for handling clients requests over the phone entirely.
Enriching the customers with the plans about the various products.
To add lifetime of value, be empathic, active listener and be patient.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Obtaining and updating lists
Addressing clients uncertainties
Recording all successful and unsuccessful calls
Skills:
Possess strong communication skills.
Build good relationships with potential and existing callers.
Maximum number of calls should be taken.
Should be able to communicate clearly about the products.
Work Experience Required: Freshers as well as experienced
Qualification: Degree
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and work under pressure
