Job Title: Data Science Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer with expertise in Data Science with Python to deliver industry-relevant training programs. The role involves training fresh graduates under the Graduate Apprentice Development (GAD) program at our corporate office and conducting workshops in engineering colleges for COE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graduate Apprentice Development (GAD) Training:

Deliver structured, hands-on training on Data Science and Python programming to fresh graduates at the office premises.

Design practical coding sessions and projects aligned with industry requirements.

2. COE Programs at Engineering Colleges:

Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and hackathons for COE programs in engineering colleges.

Collaborate with academic institutions to customize training content to meet institutional goals and students' skill gaps.

3. Curriculum and Content Development:

Create and update comprehensive training materials, including slides, coding exercises, and real-world case studies.

Integrate the latest advancements in Data Science and Python into the training curriculum.

4. Skill Evaluation and Feedback:

Assess participants learning progress through tests, coding challenges, and project evaluations.

Provide detailed feedback to trainees and support them in improving their technical skills.

5. Reporting and Collaboration:

Maintain records of training sessions and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal and academic teams to ensure seamless training delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of Data Science, including machine learning, Python, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow.

Proficiency in Python programming, including object-oriented concepts and frameworks.

Ability to integrate Python and Data Science tools for real-world applications.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Training Experience:

3–5 years of experience as a trainer in Data Science, Python, or similar technical domains.

Proven ability to deliver hands-on coding sessions and manage diverse trainee groups.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Data science and exposure of coding

Certifications in Data Science, Python, or related fields (e.g., AWS, Oracle Certified Developer).

Experience working on live projects involving Data Science or Python applications.

Familiarity with industry-academic partnership programs like COE.

Employment Type:

Full-time with required travel to engineering colleges in and around Hyderabad.
