Key Performers :

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

- Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales.

- Sales of life insurance policies through the agency model.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

- Handling team of 8 -10 sales agents in Agency Channel.

- Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Required Performers :

- Previous experience in field sales or related areas.

- Effective leadership and management capabilities

Candidate Profile :

- Required : Bachelor's degree.

- 2-4 years' sales experience required.
