Branch Manager & Affluent Relationship Manager - Banking (8-18 yrs)

Looking for a Branch Manager and Affluent Relationship Manager in the Branch Banking Department.

Job Roles and Responsibilities of Branch Manager:

- Lead and Manage branch operations, including customer services, sales, and compliance.

- Achieve branch-level target for deposits, CASA, and third Party products.

- Mentor and motivate the branch team to ensure high performance and engagement.

- Handle escalations and maintain excellent relationships with customers.

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Develop strategies to increase branch profitability and customer base.

Job Roles of Affluent RM:

- Build and manage a portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring regular engagement and relationship management.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.

- Provide financial advisory services tailored to client needs, including investments, insurance, and loans.

- Achieve sales targets for CASA, Investments, and third-party products. Proactively resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
