- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

- Identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development processes and tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks.

- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Leadership experience in a senior development role, with demonstrated team management skills.

- Proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Enterprise Microservices Architecture and SOA.

- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

- Experience in cloud technologies (AWS is a plus).

- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
