Sales Development Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales development manager to lead sales growth within the agency channel. This role focuses on mentoring advisor partners, implementing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute sales strategies aimed at enhancing agency performance.

- Recruit, train, and mentor advisor partners to optimize their sales potential.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for advisor development.

- Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with advisor partners.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree.

- 1 to 5 years of field sales experience.

- Proven success in sales and team management.

- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.

- Must be based locally.
