Job Title : Field Sales Manager

Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and hire talented insurance agents.

- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.

- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback.

- Address team challenges and resolve conflicts promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualification: Graduate

- Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile

- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.

- Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales (FMCG, Retile, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Fund)

- Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years

- Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
