Mern Stack Developer

As a 'Mern Stack Developer' or 'Full stack Developer' at Tekonika, you will play a pivotal role in crafting dynamic, user-centric web applications. Your expertise in React.js and UI/UX development will contribute to building high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing software solutions.

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Required Experience: 1 to 2 years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or less than 15 days

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on feature development: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement innovative features in software applications.

2. Work on clean code practices: Write maintainable and efficient code that aligns with technical and business goals.

3. Work on testing & debugging: Perform rigorous testing and debugging to maintain software reliability and performance.

4. Handle performance optimization: Enhance application performance through speed and scalability improvements.

5. Work on industry trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies to drive continuous product innovation.

6. Handle cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across functions to gather requirements and deliver robust technical support.

Skills required:

1. Core React skills.

2. JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.), state management (Redux), routing (React-Router-Dom), Axios, TypeScript, memoization, lazy loading, and virtual DOM optimizations.

3. UI/UX development.

4. CSS, Tailwind CSS.
