Senior MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our web & mobile applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications, including architecture design, database modeling, API development, and UI/UX implementation.

- Mentored junior developers, guiding best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web and mobile development, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our products.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing code quality, performance, and scalability across the application stack.

- Develop high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas in MongoDB.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack web and mobile development, with a focus on the MERN stack.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js/React Native and state management tools like Redux.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
