About Us:
Techyons is an innovative SaaS startup poised to disrupt the enterprise software space. We're looking for a dynamic CBO to join our founding team and drive our go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-potential product from the ground up.



Role Impact:
As CBO, you'll be instrumental in transitioning our startup from pre-revenue to market success. You'll have significant autonomy in building and executing our commercial strategy while working directly with the founding team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Build and lead strategic partnerships with enterprises
  • Develop pricing strategies and business models
  • Create and execute sales playbooks
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue generation
  • Lead market positioning and competitive strategy
  • Build commercial teams as we scale
  • Interface with product teams for market alignment
  • Drive strategic technology partnerships
  • Lead investor relations and fundraising activities


Ideal Profile:

  • Engineering background in Computer Science/IT preferred
  • 12+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in SaaS/Enterprise Software
  • Extensive network across IT ecosystem including: Enterprise IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors), IT service companies (Large, Mid-size, and emerging), Product companies and SaaS organizations, System Integrators and Implementation partners etc.
  • Strong connections in key IT hubs: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune
  • Active participation in IT industry forums and events
  • Strong understanding of: Enterprise IT infrastructure, DevOps and Agile methodologies, Modern tech stack and architectures
  • Deep understanding of IT budgeting and procurement cycles
  • Proven track record of building businesses from ground up
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
