Role Overview :

Techsophy is looking for an AI/ML Lead to manage and execute AI and machine learning projects, focusing on developing advanced ML models and driving AI integration. You will lead teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals, contributing to the company's AI strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models across various applications.

- Integrate AI technologies like RPA and NLP to enhance automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business needs.

- Guide project teams to successful outcomes and foster a culture of innovation.

- Provide technical leadership and strategic advice on AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.

- Experience : 6-8 years in AI/ML development with leadership experience.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Familiarity with big data technologies and MLOps practices.

- Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, align AI projects with business goals, and communicate effectively with

both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
