Lead React JS Developer

As a React Developer with ServiceNow experience, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive web applications. You will leverage your expertise in React and ServiceNow integrations to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless operation within the organizations tech stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and designers, to create and deliver high-quality solutions. You will also optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and ease of use.

Key Responsibilities:            

• Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document their requirements and expectations.
• Develop and Architect skills in ServiceNow Angular & React
• Perform code reviews and validation to ensure functionality and performance meet required standards
• Manage the deployment process, including preparation, testing, and implementation of new features and fixes
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Document issues, resolutions, and updates to maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
