Senior Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js (5-10 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and customizing LLMs and integrating them into our platform. You'll collaborate with our AI research and product teams to develop intelligent agents capable of understanding and responding to complex user needs. This role requires deep technical expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and the ability to work across the full stack to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development, customization, and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into our platform to power AI-driven agents.

- Build scalable and efficient back-end systems using Python and relevant frameworks like Django or Flask.

- Design and develop APIs to communicate seamlessly between front-end interfaces and AI systems.

- Collaborate with the AI/ML team to fine-tune, optimize, and deploy machine learning models in production environments.

- Develop user-friendly, responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.

- Ensure the integration of LLMs into the user experience, making them accessible, responsive, and scalable for a variety of use cases.

- Implement security best practices, ensuring the integrity and safety of AI models and user data.

- Participate in system architecture design, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.

- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, full-stack technologies, and best practices, continuously integrating new techniques to enhance product offerings.

- Must be aware of cloud architecture like containers, registry, OpenAI on cloud.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development with a focus on Python for back-end development.

- Proven experience with LLMs or similar AI/ML models (GPT, BERT, etc.), including customization, fine-tuning, and integration.

- Proficient in building web applications using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.

- Deep knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong experience with API development, including RESTful or GraphQL services.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for building AI-driven solutions.
