Job Description
- IT / Technical Support Coordinator:
- Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company s goals and objectives
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with client needs and goals
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
