Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Tele caller to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents to provide information about our programs, guide them through the admission process, and support enrollment. The Tele caller will play a key role in increasing student admissions and promoting our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses, programs, admission requirements, and the benefits of studying at our institution.
• Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and address concerns related to course offerings, enrollment, and the admission process.
• Follow up with leads, track conversations in CRM software, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide personalized counseling to guide students in choosing the right courses based on their interests, career goals, and academic background.
• Assist with application processes, document requirements, deadlines, and other admission-related tasks.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets as set by management.
• Gather insights on prospective students' needs and feedback, sharing this information with the marketing and admissions teams.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for achieving enrollment goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Telecaller, Telesales, or Admissions Counselor role, ideally within the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students and parents.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to convey information confidently and professionally while answering questions accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in education or customer service are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Familiarity with the industry or product knowledge.
• Fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English.
