Job Overview:

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in guiding a growing development team, ensuring high-quality code, and driving the successful delivery of projects. You will initially oversee three developers and one QA engineer, with plans for further team expansion. Your leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining team efficiency and scalability.

In addition to development, you will collaborate with project managers to define timelines, allocate resources, and optimize development processes, ensuring seamless integration of best practices for code versioning, testing, and deployment. Your ability to align the teams efforts with organizational goals will be key in driving productivity and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Architecture:
• Build and enhance websites and applications based on technical specifications.
• Design and develop reusable UI components and packages.
• Implement componentization strategies to improve maintainability and development speed.
• Develop new features such as multi-language support and user-facing APIs.
• Refactor production applications for optimized performance and scalability.
• Leadership & Project Management:
• Lead and mentor a growing team of developers and QA engineers.
• Plan and coordinate projects with project managers, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Establish and refine development processes to ensure agility, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct post-incident investigations and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization:
• Develop a performance testing architecture for company-wide use.
• Improve application performance by optimizing database queries and implementing best practices.
• Automate and streamline deployment processes to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Backend Development: PHP (Laravel/Symfony, SlimPHP), API development (CRUD operations)
• Frontend Technologies: Vanilla JavaScript, SCSS
• CMS Expertise: Drupal (Versions 7, 8, 9)
• Software Design: SOLID principles, OOP concepts
• Database & Networking: MySQL, Redis, Networking concepts
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, ELK/Grafana
• Project Management: Agile methodology, Jira
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience leading development teams in scalable and high-performance environments
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using multiple approaches
• Hands-on experience designing flexible, user-friendly APIs
