Planning and allocating material/labor/ P&M for RCC activities and ensuring that the substructure and superstructure progress is as per the project master plan.

Daily administration of the allocated site, comprising supervision as well as observing the site workforce as well as the work of some sub-contractors.

Develop scaffolding plans and direction

Control and direct the carpenters, laborers and ironworks

Develop estimates as required to support work

Execute all structural members such as footings, pedestals, columns, plinth beams etc., as per drawings

Checking the positions of the members, reinforcement details such as dia spacing numbers, lapping, position, starter bars cover, anchorage etc., as per drawings.

Checking out the formwork dimensions, alignment, plumb, gaps, stability etc., as per drawings.

Taking approvals for slab casting from PMC after checking all requirements for reinforcement for beams, slabs such as dimensions dia of bars, lapping, negatives, positives and shear reinforcement, stirrup spacings, crank length extra bars etc., as per drawings.

Conducting post pore inspections and monitoring repairs to RCC Works.

Avoid the leakage control to the sunken slabs.

Checking the Architectural works such as brick masonry after checking first course, internal and external plastering after put level pegs for alignment, plumb and appropriate dimensions for openings.

Checking out the workmanship after plastering such as alignment plumb, corner angels, general surface condition curing etc., point out the defect and get them rectified.

Taking the cube results of the mix cubes after 7 days & 28 days curing and record the results.

Checking the quality of materials such as, bricks, course aggregate, fine aggregate and approve them as they satisfy the requirements.

GENERAL

Manage direct hire personnel and subcontractors' adherence to the plans and specifications all relevant project plans, including the Project Health and Safety Plan

Verify plans, designs/drawings, and quantities for accurate computations.

Oversight and coordination of subcontractor activities for an operational industrial facility performing renovations, and build outs on existing structures on Greenfield projects

Maintaining Productivity Logs. Prepare and send Daily Work progress report, Quality reports with Pics to Line Manager

Completing all necessary Q.A. documentation related to the work under his direct control and co-ordinate daily site inspections

Completely responsible for ensuring Method statements are followed.
