About the Job:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive business growth by building and strengthening strategic partnerships with Salesforce teams.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management, particularly with Salesforce account executives, senior VPs, and managers.
- This role requires a strategic mindset, strong networking skills, and the ability to leverage Salesforce collaborations to generate new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture direct relationships with Salesforce account executives, senior VPs, and managers through regular in-person meetings.
- Align our solutions with Salesforce's priorities to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Leverage Salesforce networks and resources to identify and pursue high-value customer accounts.
- Schedule and lead face-to-face meetings with key Salesforce stakeholders to explore and strengthen collaborations.
- Deliver compelling presentations that align our offerings with Salesforce's solutions and strategy.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, collaborating with Salesforce teams to convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new strategic opportunities.
- Facilitate joint client meetings with Salesforce representatives to acquire and expand customer accounts.
- Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop Salesforce-focused materials and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on Salesforce collaborations.
- Proven experience in managing US-based accounts and engaging senior Salesforce stakeholders (account executives, senior VPs).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead in-person discussions with senior executives.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills to ensure long-term success of Salesforce partnerships.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations, effectively demonstrating the value of our solutions to different Salesforce audiences.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align sales initiatives with Salesforce's growth priorities
