Brief about TH GARP: TH GARP Asset Management is part of the Technology Holdings group, a boutique investment banking group based in the US, Europe, and India with a focus on mergers and acquisitions advisory in technology and business services. The group has a 24-year track record of transactions closed with industry leaders. TH GARP Asset Management has an exclusive focus on investing in Growth companies at a Reasonable Price (GARP). It is currently managing the funds of its family office in the UK and India. It has also set up a hedge fund with a primary focus on investing in public companies listed in the US, Europe, India, and other emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

Experience in Buy Side role:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of companies across various sectors, with a primary focus on India BFSI sector

- Generate research of new investment ideas and take responsibility for assigned coverage of current holdings allocated by the portfolio manager.

- Utilize industry networks and engage in frequent meetings with company management teams.

- Provide clear, insightful analysis that offers relevant investment insights.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive landscapes, sector-specific themes, management styles, and business structures.

- Create and update detailed models and comps for portfolio positions.

- Communicate rationale for investment recommendations to colleagues and share sector insights.

- Monitor covered companies and promptly communicate significant changes.

Ideal Qualifications and Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience as an equity analyst in a buy-side/sell-side firm covering companies across sectors and different market capitalization categories (small cap, mid cap, and large cap).

- Strong financial, fundamental, strategic, and communication skills.

- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.

- Comfortable expressing well-founded opinions, even under time or information constraints.
