Lead Electrical BIM Modeler

Open Position:

Lead Electrical BIM Modeler(Substation knowledge will have more weightage)-02

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is mandatory.

* Knowing the concept of BIM is mandatory.

* 7 to 10 years of experience in project delivery.

* Expertise in FEED & Detailed Engineering, including Power Distribution System, MV & LV Cable Sizing, Power & Control Cable Schedule, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), AC & DC Sizing Calculation, Earthing calculations, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting Designs using Dialux Software, Load Schedules, Inter-connection schedules, I/O Diagrams.

* Ability to prepare detailed drawings like Equipment Layout, Cable Route Layout, Lighting and Small Power Layouts, Earthing and Lightning Protection Layouts, and other typical installation drawings as per project requirements.

* Exposure to 132kV and 400kV substations engineering.

* AIS/GIS Substation Project Execution experience.

* SLD Creation, Project risk forecasts, and multiple stakeholders management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Attend meetings with the client.
2. Track and monitor floor quality of WIP.
3. Responsible for technical quality deliverables with deadlines.
4. Align the team member with the design requirements.
5. Review and approve design documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
7. Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
8. Manage and oversee the preparation of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
9. Assist in the preparation of project budgets, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
