Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Service Engineer

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience

This is a full-time, mid-level position.

Qualifications

Electronics OR Electrical Engg/ Mechanical may also work if they have prior work ex of same field.

Roles and Responsibility

Willing to Travel Cross-Country & abroad if needed to provide Installation & service support to customers

Inspect Client Foundation as per Mechanical Drawings

Supervise & Inspect Mechanical Installation of CNC Machines

Installation of CNC Panels at site and Testing & Calibration of Mechanical and Electrical parts as per test procedure

Conduct and demonstrate CNC Trials of the machine

Training of Customer Operator and Maintenance team

Troubleshooting the problem being faced in existing machine.

Diagnosis of Fault and Conducting Replacement or Repair of Faulty Parts

Testing of machine alongwith calibration etc for repaired machine.

Good communication skills as on call support is also to be provided.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks or similar.

Working knowledge of PLC & HMI operation.

Prior Experience in Service/Installation of any kind of CNC Machine (our field is preferred)
