Job Description

About Us. Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd, a leader in advanced plasma technologies, is expanding its portfolio to include Fiber Laser Welding & Cutting Systems. We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge laser systems by integrating globally sourced, high-performance fiber laser power source.
  • Key Responsibilities. Project Leadership:. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Fiber Laser Welding & Cutting Systems.
  • Establish a roadmap for product development, from feasibility to commercialization.
  • Technology Selection:. Research and evaluate state-of-the-art fiber laser power sources worldwide.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers to identify and procure the most suitable components.
  • Team Management:. Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Design & Development:. Oversee the integration of fiber laser sources with cutting-edge optics, software, and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure the systems meet industry standards for precision, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaboration:. Work with internal departments such as R&D, manufacturing, and sales to align product design with business goals.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to understand market needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Quality Assurance:. Ensure prototypes and final products meet performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness criteria.
  • Drive testing, validation, and optimization processes.
  • Documentation & Reporting:. Maintain detailed project documentation and present regular updates to senior management.
  • Qualifications & Experience. Educational Background:. Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Laser Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:. At least 8-10 years of experience in laser systems, welding/cutting technologies, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.


  • Skills:
  • Expertise in fiber laser technologies and integration.
  • Strong understanding of optical, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements:. Familiarity with global suppliers of laser sources and components.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools.
