Lead .Net MVC Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Team Lead with a minimum of 4 to 5 years in software development to guide and manage a team of developers in creating innovative and high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in .NET technologies, demonstrate effective leadership abilities, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibility Area :

• Functional/Domain clarifications in all the modules of ERP and coordinating with respective teams.
• Script executions in database server with log for each operation.
• Database administration and Implementing automated backups for all the databases.
• Maintaining and monitoring application / ERP request and forward the pending points to Management.
• Application / ERP user rights periodical review with HODs and process owners
• Handle disaster recovery process and documentation for all critical applications.
• Responsible for all documentations of inhouse application, functional flow changes, backend data operations, ERP server configurations, database level configuration changes under managerial supervision.
• Internal /External Quality Auditing (IT general control security audit)
• Analyzing and classifications of error reporting NEW/CHANGE/BUG request.
• Releasing new/updated EXEs and maintains its releases notes and send notifications to all appropriate users.
• Monitoring on METAR & SMS movements.
• Regular updation of RTOW for Flight Plan and Load and Trim
• Maintenance of in-house applications as and when required.
• Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by Department Head.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

• Asp.Net Identity (OWIN)

• Design Patterns
• Unit Testing
• RAD Controls
• Security against CSRF and XSS, following OWASP guidelines.

• Design patterns: MVC, Factory methods and follows Microsoft pattern & practices.
• Good knowledge of Agile Methodology (Scrum with TFS)
• Maintaining coding standard and naming conventions, following Clean Code guidelines.
• In depth knowledge of the .NET framework and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Programming.
• Manage and perform SQL Server 2017 administration and T-SQL
• Strong understanding of modern, standards-compliant website development and associated client-side technologies such as,

6. CSS, LESS & Bootstrap

• Strong knowledge of building, managing and deploying applications on Windows Server 2012, IIS 7.5 and SQL Server 2017
• Strong product lifecycle skill set, from requirements development and planning, through development, test and delivery.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
