Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
  
• Oversee fabrication, welding, and fitting activities to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Conduct fault finding and rectification processes to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  
• Handle manpower effectively, providing guidance and training as needed to improve productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry (mechanical background preferred).
  
• Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical or related field; fluency in English language required.
  
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawing reading, manufacturing process knowledge, and familiarity with tools & equipment used in fabrication shops.
