Position: Production Coordinator / Production Lead

Function Overview

Responsible for the organizational and material planning of production processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. This role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with technological and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Execution
• Plan and implement production schedules in line with customer orders and deadlines.
• Organize and oversee compliance with work, technological, and quality control procedures.
• Prepare production processes, including inspecting guides and individual parts before production starts.
• Ensure a sufficient supply of masking agents and required materials, including color allocation based on daily schedules.
2. Team Leadership and Coordination
• Lead and coordinate the production team to meet operational goals.
• Manage employee allocation and tasks based on their qualifications and workload.
• Monitor and enhance team productivity and process quality through training and skill development (e.g., skills matrix).
• Propose and implement reward systems for subordinates.
3. Process Improvement and Innovation
• Identify and suggest improvements to increase productivity and enhance process quality.
• Collaborate in the implementation of new technologies and production processes.
• Participate in activities related to the transfer and installation of new technologies and the execution of new projects.
4. Reporting and Systems Management
• Report to supervisors on production activities and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely depreciation of shift production in the ABRA system.
5. Safety and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
• Oversee waste management in production areas.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization within production halls.
6. Interdepartmental Coordination
• Communicate daily with various departments across the company to ensure smooth operations.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for materials and coordinate handling and hanging equipment needs.

Requirements

• Education:
  High school diploma or university degree in a technical field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with paint shop operations is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in PC-based tools and software.
• Communicative English proficiency is a must.
• Ability to work independently, flexibly, and responsibly.
