You need to have proved experience from working with Geotechnical design with Contractors in Design/build projects and or working with a Client connected to Industry and Energy

You need to be able to prepare clear and detailed technical documentation.

You need to have strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

You need to be able to adapt to new tools and technologies.

You need to have a proactive approach to continuing education and professional development.

You need to have strong analytical and problem skills. Demonstrating problem-solving skills by suggesting alternatives or improvements.

You need to have critical thinking. Before raising questions or getting to work, its important to analyze the task instruction thoroughly. This involves understanding the objectives, identifying any potential issues or unclear aspects, and considering alternative approaches if necessary. This also means asking questions if unsure before committing to a task.
