Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar).
Familiarity with markup languages like HTML, XML, or Markdown.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with content management systems (CMS) or version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Visio).
Knowledge of SEO principles for optimizing online documentation.
