NI What Youll Do Document issues, action plans, and solutions in detail Coordinate and assist with internal resources and other teams Troubleshoot issues until resolution and properly manage customer expectations Assist with internal projects related to customer service Directly assigned tickets for customers Responsible for submitting content in the Planview Knowledge Base. What Youll Bring Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Be able to communicate functional and technical information to any experience level Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting experience Minimum 4 years experience supporting enterprise-wide or web-based, browser applications. Minimum 4 years experience using Microsoft Windows environments Understanding of Microsoft IIS services and configuration options Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server transactional SQL including complex queries and objects Strong organization and time management skills Be able to balance and prioritization multiple issues Understanding of project management practices and methodologies preferred Troubleshooting Performance issues like Slowness Benefits at Planview At Planview, you ll join our global team and culture which reflects the vibrant communities in which our employees live and work.
