Job Description
- Planning of finished goods/GLP
- Review of Analytical reports of all section
- Follow of timely preventive maintenance of QC instruments Work allocation of Finish products to concerned analysts
- Review of LIMS results entry done by analysts
- Coordination with external testing lab to get the outside tests done and to receive reports in timely manner
- Troubleshooting of QC Instruments
- Formal investigation of out-of-specification, incidents, out-of-trend test results and errors and documentation of investigation, including action taken
- To raise the change control and preparation of SOPs, STPs and specifications
- Updation of method as per current GLP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- To read the relevant specification and organize the work in such a manner that testing can be completed in stipulated time
- To participate in audits To prepare indent of material and AMC/CMC of different instrument related to Quality Control Lab and it s follow up
- Responsible for management of working standard, Reference standard, Primary standards and impurities
- To conduct training in quality control as per training schedule
