Zensar Technologies - Technical Specialist - MS Dynamics (5-7 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MS DYNAMICS (CRM) - TECHNICAL SPECIALIST with expertise in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure services, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Power BI, and other related technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support, driving process improvements, and delivering effective solutions to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central :

- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Business Central, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Assist in system configuration, customization, and integrations to meet business needs.

- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.

Power Platform & Power Apps :

- Develop, implement, and maintain Power Apps solutions for process automation, business intelligence, and workflow optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build custom applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.

Azure Integration and Support :

- Support cloud infrastructure by managing resources and services within Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage, databases, and networking.

- Implement and manage Azure-based integrations for Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.

- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of Azure services utilized by the organization.

- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology:

- Implement and maintain OCR solutions to automate data extraction from documents such as invoices, receipts, and other business-related files.

- Ensure seamless integration of OCR technology with Dynamics 365 and other platforms for enhanced data processing and accuracy.

- Power BI Reporting and Analytics:

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and data-driven decision-making for key business functions.

- Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements, ensuring that Power BI solutions align with strategic objectives.

- Maintain and optimize existing Power BI solutions for enhanced performance and usability.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement :

- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation initiatives and system enhancements.

- Provide training and guidance to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to maximize the value of the solutions in place.

- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure advancements, and make recommendations for process improvements and new technologies.

Qualifications And Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, Azure, and related tools.

- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with Power Apps development and process automation using Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including deployment and management of cloud services.

- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies and their integration with business applications.

- Advanced knowledge of Power BI for reporting, data modeling, and dashboard creation.

- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and connectors within the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related areas.

- Experience with AI-driven solutions, machine learning integration, or advanced automation using Microsoft tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps
