Role & responsibilities

• Verification of New Product / New process / 4M Change / audit of respective validations &
  effectiveness .
• First year warranty of new products (first time right of new products) -ensure proper validation before commercial launch.
• Customer complaint reduction, corrective action & effectiveness monitoring.
• Reduction of MAT warranty as per Corporate guidelines.
• Guide team on process parameter improvements at various stages of manufacturing for reducing scrap & improving quality.
• Reduction of manufacturing defects as per Corporate targets.
