Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobile and web application projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing mobile and web applications, while ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver mobile and web application projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet deadlines and cost-efficiency goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and resource optimization.
• Utilize expertise in React Native, React.js, databases, and related technologies to guide technical decisions and troubleshoot challenges.
• Maintain strong client communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React Native, React.js, and database management.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycles and best practices.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years as Full Stack Developer. Min 2 years Experience as a Lead.
• Demonstrated success in delivering Mobile and Web applications on time and within budget.

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making skills with the capability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
