Position Operation Manager Technical Services

Qualification & Experience -

• Educational qualification – BE / B.Tech /in Electrical or any other Preferably from Facility / Hospitality management with minimum 7 to 8 years of working experience as a Operation Manager & managing multiple sites.

• Candidate must have an Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Electronic system, Plumbing, PAC, Access system, Fire system, CCTV etc.
• Should have strong computer skills(MS Word / Excel /Power Point etc.).
• Should have excellent communication skill with good presentation skills.
• Must have the capacity to manage a team of more than 100 employee.
• Additionally, this role requires a thorough understanding of all safety and environmental Aspects.

Job Description -

• Based out in Maneja (Baroda)Gujarat and responsible for site management in Gujrat, Gurgaon & Kolkata.
• Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications.
• Ensure the relationships with client, Occupants, and other key vendors.
• Ensures that all client deliverables are submitted in timely manner.
• Manages vendor relationships.
• Manage hard and soft copy data and need to ensure all files and other Doc are updated.
• Carry out regular site visits/Walk through to ensure all sites & Assets are in good order.(Preparing Walk through Report).
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and that General and Fire risk assessment recommendations are implemented across the team.
• Adherence the ISS SOPs & Checklists and PPM schedules for operation requirement.
• Timely Reporting of Daily reports in suggested format, MMR/QBR or other reports in terms of Technical, HK Services, Pantry Services etc.
• Asset & Inventory Management.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the technical Asset, timely servicing or all schedule activity of All technical Equipment and assets.
