we are seeking a Python Technical Lead who is passionate about building highperformance, scalable backend systems and driving technology excellence. As a technical lead, you will architect and develop robust applications, lead a team of developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable Python applications.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring best practices and comprehensive testing (unit and integration tests).
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud integration (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Implement security best practices for data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot application bottlenecks and performance issues, implementing solutions for continuous optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and technical advancements.

Technical Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, with a focus on large-scale web applications.
• Proficiency with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
• Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloudnative tools/services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like PyTest.
• Strong understanding of Git-based workflows for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deployment automation tools.
• Familiarity with front-end integration (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to ensure seamless application delivery.
• Knowledge of software security practices, including encryption, secure authentication, and authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning, data science, or big data technologies.
• Contributions to open-source Python projects or active participation in the Python community.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
