Softobiz - Technical Lead - Node.js/React.js/AngularJS (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Node.js with a strong background in software development, particularly in backend and frontend technologies.The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, technical expertise, and the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, including RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.js.

- Optimize database performance and manage complex queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.

- Implement NoSQL solutions using MongoDB.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for scalable and efficient application deployment.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and utilize containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend and frontend technologies.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular/React.js.

- Strong expertise in backend development, building RESTful APIs, and developing microservices.

- Proven experience in frontend development with Angular or React.js.

- Advanced SQL Server skills including query optimization and stored procedures.

- Proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL database management.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
