Tech Lead (.Net)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead with more than 7 years experience to join our dynamic engineering team.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of projects, mentoring team members, ensuring the quality of code, and collaborating with other departments to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems, APIs, and services using appropriate technologies and programming languages.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance, best practices, and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Architect and implement new features, with a focus on security and performance.

Optimize existing system performance by conducting thorough performance analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing necessary optimizations.

Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing clean, well-structured, and testable code.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain backend systems in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.

Identify and address technical debt, actively participate in refactoring efforts, and drive continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our backend systems and processes.

Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations to ensure system stability and reliability.

Be a point of contact for Stakeholders, with an ability to relay complex technical detail to a non-technical audience.
