Technical Lead - .Net

As a Technical Lead you will:

• Interact with clients to gather, elicit, and fully understand business and technical requirements using appropriate techniques.
• Analyze business requirements to determine feasible technical solutions.
• Solution Architecture and Design:
• Architect and design detailed technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Use appropriate data modeling and application design techniques to ensure optimal solutions.
• Assist the reporting authority in estimating efforts and schedules for project deliverables.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as per QMS guidelines and project needs.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews and guide team members to use and contribute to reusable components.
• Provide technical solutions and effort estimates during Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Follow organizational quality and operational processes and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of strong experience with developing web applications using the ASP.NET MVC framework.
• Proficiency in creating and consuming Web APIs for RESTful services.
• Expertise in database design, queries, stored procedures, and optimization using SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of .NET Core for modern, cross-platform application development.
• Experience in creating dynamic and interactive front-end components.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks for enhanced UI development.
• Preferred experience with Azure services for cloud-based solutions.
• Open to exploring and mastering new technologies as per project needs.
