NAV India - Technical Lead - .Net (7-15 yrs)

Your responsibilities will include :

- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

- Provide Technical insight resulting in high quality software products

- Assist the team in investigations, prototyping and design activities

- Scrum plans and meetings, release planning and to ensure clarity of deliverables, writing code work items providing insight on architecture and code improvements

- Expertise implementation in Agile project management methodologies.

- Identify and address technical Risk

Work Experience and Skills required :

- 7-12 years of experience in .NET technologies (ASP.Net, .Net windows application, .Net Core, C#) and MS SQL Server.

- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs with external systems and data sources.

- Expertise in modern frameworks, including React, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ).

- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices for building maintainable and scalable applications.

- Experience in managing and mentoring development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
