Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should be able to lead the team of 10+ members.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Develop solutions using JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows. Develop, execute, and maintain ATF test cases to ensure quality assurance for all customizations and configurations.
Create automated test scripts for ServiceNow platform upgrades and deployments.
Identify and resolve test failures to improve platform stability and functionality.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs

Mandatory Qualification:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development practices.
Experience with building custom applications, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or any additional ServiceNow modules.
Optional Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for development and testing.
Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
Experience with Telecom domain.
ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
